In order to bring useful playground for all members in the company, on 16, 17 and 18 of September , Dat Xanh Group BOM held Team Building 2016 programme for more than 300 employees in Phan Thiet beach city

With the theme entitled "Breaking all limits", the team building 2016 programme of Dat Xanh Group had several challenging physical and mental activities, to help participants discover themselves and connect quickly to overcome every challenge together; also brought relaxed, comfortable moments to Dat Xanh community.

Departing at 17:00 pm on 16/9 at Dat Xanh Group headquarters (27 Dinh Bo Linh, Binh Thanh District), the vehicles began the journey “breaking all limits” to Phan Thiet beach city. After a night of rest, relaxation, in the morning on September 17, members of Dat Xanh family gathered at the resort park, ready to start and participate in extremely beautiful and colorful team games such as group name introduction, slogan, "Greetings" dance

Members of Dat Xanh were divided into 8 teams. Through the games at the park: move on water, climb the poles, roller the balls, shoot the chutes ..., all members together showed solidarity, leadership skills, organization, plans formation, and used power, perseverance, ingenuity and overcomed challenges to reach the door called "Integrity", “Profession", "Humanity" and "Aspiration". These are also the values building man that Dat Xanh is aiming at.

Here, 8 teams had unforgettable moments and extremely novel, impressive experience. Especially, the moment that all members of the team together piecing words on balloons "We build confidence from building your house", and arranging words "Dat Xanh" has left emotions in the heart of each member.

8 teams continued to "recharge" and "burn out" in this Pool Party night with series of unprecedented performances of individuals and the teams: bikini couple and individual performances, collective dances and hilarious games with spirit "Breaking all limits”. Emotional Pool Party Night also summed up a meaningful day of team building activities of Dat Xanh Group.

Pool Party gala night also closed the programme of 3-day and 2-night experience with numerous emotions. All have created a meaningful Team building 2016 - Breaking all limit program that was deeply inside the heart of each member of Dat Xanh. The program connected each member of Dat Xanh family to overcome difficulties and challenges together, created joy and cohesion. Hopefully after this trip, when returning to daily work, each member of Dat Xanh family still retains the spirit of excitement, unity and be willing to "Break all limits", make an effort together to fulfil the work to boost Dat Xanh Group to become stronger and richer.
