The Group targets to be the leading real estate distributor in the South West in the next two years.

On March 8th, Dat Xanh Group officially established Dat Xanh Tay Nam Bo Service and Construction JSC in Can Tho City.

Mr. Luong Tri Thin - Dat Xanh Group's Chairman acknowledges: "This event is a landmark of Dat Xanh, whereby a newly company is established and becomse the fifth piece of the member companies network, including Dat Xanh Mien Bac, Dat Xanh Mien Trung, Dat Xanh Mien Nam, Dat Xanh Dong Nam Bo, which stretch from the North to the South and contribute to the development of the Group in the past years.

According to representatives of the Group, the South West is likened to the land of "nine dragons in hibernation", which has great potential advantages and is a target of many investors.

"Infrastructure in the Mekong Delta has been invested and completed for many years," said Luong Tri Thin. Accordingly, many key transport projects namely Can Tho Bridge, Ham Luong Bridge, Co Chien Bridge, Nam Can Bridge, National Highway 1A, Nam Song Hau Road, Quan Lo - Phung Hiep, Can Tho and Phu Quoc International Airport, etc. are being deployed.

Recently, the $ 3.6 billion investment project of Ho Chi Minh City - Can Tho railway line connecting Ho Chi Minh City, Long An, Tien Giang, Vinh Long, Can Tho - a project proposed by MorFund (Canadian financial group), along with other buildings, is creating a driving force for economic growth.

Mr. Thin said that in terms of market overview, Dat Xanh Tay Nam Bo was established at a prime time to complete the mission of exploring and conquering the real estate market.

Accordingly, the newly established company is responsible for distribution of real estate projects, land projects in the West; The first phase focuses to key provinces and cities as Can Tho, Long Xuyen - An Giang, Vinh Long, Kien Giang, etc. Mr. Thin disclosed, with this development plan, Dat Xanh Tay Nam Bo will become the leading real estate distribution company in 13 provinces and cities of the South West region in the next two years.

"My belief is based on the fact that in 2017, Dat Xanh Group successfully distributed 22,108 products, an increase of 84% compared to 2016, accounting for over 29.1% of Vietnam's real estate brokerage market. This is the year when Dat Xanh Group achieved success in affirming its position in Vietnam, "said Chairman of DXG's BOD.

Currently, the distribution system of Dat Xanh has covered the key economic areas in the country, with direct sales staff and collaborators of nearly 10,000, spreading in more than 50 exchanges and 200 affiliated agencies.

The year 2018 marks the Group's 15th anniversary and is the first year into ts five-year strategic deployment. Representing the Group's expectation, the new development phase will help Dat Xanh distribute more than 28,000 products, earn more than VND5,000 billion, gain VND1,068 billion in profit after tax, and develop a land fund of 2,000 hectares.
