Investors receive Investment Principle Decision at Quang Nam Province’s Investment Promotion Conference

The Province’s investment decision is a leverage for Dat Xanh Group to ensure the strategic plan for the period of 2017 – 2022, especially focusing on big projects with area of hundreds of hectares at key economic areas. After almost 14 years of establishment and development, besides the project implementation in big cities as Ho Chi Minh, Ha Noi, Da Nang, and proovinces as Dong Nai, Dat Xanh has been considered as an active and pioneering factor of project development at provinces and cities such as Quang Ninh, Hai Phong, Phu Quoc, Khanh Hoa, Vinh Phuc, etc. Among those, Quang Nam is one of the strategic developing areas which set the corner-stone for Dat Xanh Group’s shift in 2017 from residential real-estate to resort real-estate.

Eastern Quang Nam has been defined by the People’s Committee of Quang Nam Province and Chu Lai Open Economic Zone’s Management Unit as the Province’s driving economic zone heading to the target of making Quang Nam a good province of the nation by 2020 and becoming a modern industrial province as set out in Resolution of the 11th meeting of Provincial Communist Party’s Officer Assembly (2015-2020 term).

Opal Ocean View Service – Resort Complex project of Dat Xanh Group in Southern Hoi An comprises of the following key items: coastal villas, hotel and service-tourism complex and technical facilities. The project has a strategic location which is adjacent to Cua Dai and East Sea, adjoining and simultaneously developed with Southern Hoi An Resort, Vinpearl Quang Nam Resort Complex, etc.

Dat Xanh Group’s investment project belongs in the Service – Tourism project group, which is 1 of the 6 key project groups of the province. This is the foundation project group that can significantly impact the Province’s economic – investment development, with total land use scope of more than 10,000 hectares from 4 districts and cities: Duy Xuyen, Thang Binh, Tam Ky, Nui Thanh in order to improve living standards of inhabitants in the project area in particular and the whole Quang Nam Province’s coastal area in general.

With potentials in tourism and resort real-estate as well as the strategies for developing 6 key project groups approved by Quang Nam Provincial Committee, Opal Ocean View Service – Resort Complex project invested by Dat Xanh Group will contribute to the enhancement of existing tourism potential, increase of revenue from tourism-service-urban real-estate for Eastern Quang Nam as well as creation of an economic development driving force for districts and the whole province.
