Dat Xanh Group has officially been honored in two major awards categories "Top 50 Vietnamese Attractive Employers" and "Top 100 Best Workplaces in Vietnam" announced by Asian Consulting Human Resource Consulting Organization (Anphabe) at the end of March 2019.

This is the second time the Dat Xanh Group participated in the voting list and received two important awards of the program, including the "Top 100 Best Workplaces in Vietnam" (out of 674 surveyed enterprises) and "Top 50 Vietnamese Attractive Employers" (Top 3 in real estate sector) and other large corporations such as Vinamilk, Vietcombank, Nestlé Vietnam, Samsung Vina Electronics, etc.

This year's survey was assessed by Anphabe based on 6 main criteria groups, including 45 accompanying criteria such as: Wages and benefits, development opportunities, work environment, corporate culture, etc. The survey was conducted on 674 experienced enterprises, belonging to 24 industries with the participation of 75,481 employees; conducted internal surveys (company employees) and market surveys (employees outside the company but work in the same sector).

According to the assessment results, Dat Xanh Group is one of the selected enterprises which has a dynamic, creative and friendly working environment and a well-assessed remuneration in the market. With more than 15 years of development in the real estate market, Dat Xanh Group currently has more than 3,000 employees with a system of member companies branded Dat Xanh spreading from the North, the Central and the South, such as: Northern Dat Xanh, Central Dat Xanh, Southern Dat Xanh, Southwestern Dat Xanh, Long An Dat Xanh, etc.

Especially, in mid-November 2018, the Group officially inaugurated a new head office with an area of 950 m2, 2 basements and 14 floors, with over 9,5686 m2 of floor area, which are equipped with a lot of modern utilities and furniture and may meet the demand for workplace of the Group’s officers and staffs in the coming 10 years.

At the same time, the Company has also deployed many training programs, built specific promotion routes and creating conditions for officers and staffs to have the opportunity to develop their capabilities and future orientations.
