Today - November 20, 2017 is the day to honor talented internal trainers of DXG. On behalf of the Management Boards, Training Department truly appreciated the trainers' contributions to DXG over the years. Thanks to their contribution, DXG's training, human resources development and maintaining the corporate culture have been being fully promoted. In the history DXG's establishment and development, they surely will always be referred to as the devoted teacher, laying the foundation for DXG's internal training.

To be able to mention "DAT XANH" with pride, the Board and all the staff of many generations have joined hands to create value to meet market demand as well as to contribute to the national economic development for 14 years.

During this time, a very important factor, considered as a bridge of knowledge conveying experience, practical knowledge to all the staff in general, and to new employees in particular, is the Internal Trainers of DXG. They come are from various departments, have diverse expertise, many years of working experience and especially the desire to pass their knowledge to the younger generations of DXG. Thanks to their knowledge and experience, DXG created its own cultural identity and helped the younger generation of DXG discover and develop new values through their work. That is the advantage that not many businesses can have.

Especially, Training Department sent the deepest appreciation to the President - the great teacher of Dat Xanh Group as well as all the trainers who have devoted their knowledge and enthusiasm to Dat Xanh throughout the years. Hopefully in the future, they will always accompany the training of DXG to contribute to the creation of more breakthroughs and innovatives.
