DXG, developer of the Luxcity project, accelerated construction and handed over apartments to customers 2 months ahead of the committed deadline.
According to DXG’s representative, Luxcity had been completed and is scheduled to be handed to customer from mid-December. All the apartments are expected to be handed over before the Lunar New year.

Apartments will be handed over to customers with basic fixtures as electromechanical equipment, magnetic door lock, internal communication system (intercom), wooden kitchen cabinet, solid surface, floor paved with high-quality tiles (600x600), wooden-floored bedroom, Toto bathroom accessories, fir-proof door, pipe connectors for air-conditioning, etc. All these facilities ensure environmentally-friendly and modern features.
The early hand-over will enable customers to enjoy a happy lunar new year with their families. Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Long – a resident in the Luxcity project has also received his fully-furnished apartment in accordance with the committed deadline together with several valuable gifts.
Luxcity project is located on Huynh Tan Phat Road, Dist.7, Hochiminh City. Over 25 intra-project facilities are being fine-tuned. These include swimming pools for adults and children; community event area; park and greenery; children’s leisure area; fitness facilities such as gym, spa; convenience shop, café, etc. All these constitute a closed complex which allows residents to enjoy a comfortable life right within the project area.
Luxcity is under completion for hand-over to customers
"During the implementation of the project, DXG has always considered quality – not only of the construction itself but also of - the top priority. Currently, most of the items in the Luxcity project have been completed for residency", DXG’s representative said.
In addition to modern facilities, attention was paid by the developer to the design with open space and well-ventilated corridor for each floor, as well as for the whole building. All the apartments have loggia and windows directly exposed to natural sunshine and wind. The water supply, sewage treatment, transformer, back-up generator, and anti fire-explosion systems are designed in accordance with statutory standards to meet residents’ demand.
Started in August 2015, the project features 2 high-rise 19-storey blocks with 432 luxury apartments and a connecting basement. The ground floor is where such facilities as gym, kindergarten, café, mini-supermarket, etc. are located. Construction has been done by An Phong Company while Singapore’s Ong&Ong and Apava are respectively the designer and supervisor.
