Luxcity on-time deliver with full legal documents for residents

Dat Xanh Group - Luxcity project Investor (528 Huynh Tan Phat street, Binh Thuan ward, District 7) officially announced the completion of project acceptance to ensure timely delivery as committed with residents.

Accordingly, the Luxcity project completed the acceptance of fire prevention and fighting items (FPCs) in December 2016, which fully meet fire prevention and fighting safety conditions prescribed in Article 7 of Decree No. 79/2014 / ND-CP dated 31/7/2014 by the Government.

At the same time, the Luxcity project finished the completion acceptance of functional bodies fo the two A & B units by March 2017, ensuring the legal conditions for the residents to receive their homes on time at commitment.

Luxcity project of Dat Xanh Owner was officially started construction in August 2015 including two blocks with 19 floors with 434 premium apartments and parking basements connecting through the two blocks, the ground floor consists of services Facilities such as: swimming pool, landscape overview, reception hall, gym, kindergarten, café, mini supermarket, etc. After more than a year of construction, in early 2017, the construction has been completed and proceed to fulfill legal procedures with the sufficient endorsement of the regulatory authorities; To ensure the safety and quality of the works to hand over.

The completed amenities items of more than 25 intra-project amenities provide a wide range of services for its residents include a swimming pool for adults and children, community event area, tree-art garden, fountain, park and greenery, children’s leisure area, fitness facilities such as gym, spa, convenience store, coffee shop, etc. The systems of water supply, wastewater treatment plants, transformers, backup generators, and fire and explosion prevention are all designed as the prescribed standards, ensure the best conditions for living demands of Luxcity residents.
