On the morning of December 6th, 2014, Dat Xanh Group held a topping out ceremony for Block Ruby of Sunview Town project (Go Dua Road, Thu Duc District). This is the first building block that has been completed concrete work up to 18th floor.

The Block Ruby work consists of 18 floors that are about 63 m high; in which the ground floor is planned to arrange commercial and service facilities; from the 3rd to the 18th floor consists of 330 apartments, each floor has 4 elevators.
