Upon approaching the Year of the Dog, Dat Xanh Group held a topping up ceremony for Luxgarden luxury apartment project (District 7, HCM) on the 8th day of the New Year on Lunar calendar (February 23, 2018). With the construction progress is moving faster than expected, LuxGarden apartments are expected to be officially handed over to customers from the end of Q2, 2018, in accordance with the commitments in the contract.
With a total investment capital of nearly 1,000 billion VND, in only one year since its official launch, the topping up of two towers of Lux Garden project was completed, earlier than expected.
Located in a prime location with riverfront, garden and green space, LuxGarden has a total area of over 9,000 m2 with two 26-storey apartment towers, including 500 2 or 3 bedroom apartments, garden apartments and duplex apartments, all featured with loggia and river view.

Immediately after the topping up of two towers, the items related to infrastructure, intra-project facility and landscape are also being completed by the construction agencies so that when the project is handed over, all of the facility can be used in synchronization, realizing the investor's promises of: swimming pool, playground, kindergarten, BBQ area, etc. Green space is arranged within project landscape, namely: two connecting swimming pools of 420 m2 with trees along both sides, miniature gardens, fountains and lakes, relaxation area, outdoor recreation area, etc.
To ensure the progress as well as the quality as committed during implementation of the LuxGarden, Dat Xanh Group cooperated and connected with a number of large-scale and prestigious domestic and international partners as: Green design - the well known Singapore-based design company, CBM - the Vietnamese construction contractor and VP Bank - the project's guarantee bank, etc. The project is completed with high-end finishing materials of well-known domestic and international brands, namely: Toto, American standard (sanitary ware); Nippon Paint, Jotun; Panasonic, Clipsal (electrical equipment); Dicaprio, Apolo (dishwasher faucet), etc.
