HR Department of Dat Xanh Group collaborated with Labour Safety Committee of HCMC Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs to hold Labour Safety training course for Group 4: office employees, Group 1&2: Managers and staff in charge of construction works representing the investors, in 2 sessions (November 3rd, 2016 and November 8th, 2016).

This is one of the annual training programs of the Dat Xanh Group to equip general knowledge, specific regulations on safety at workplace and policy, insurance for employees.

This training course attracted attention of BOM and all employees. The participants studied seriously with high learning spirit, exchanged enthusiastically, debated effervescently and bring up specific situations to share their experience to help the course more efficiently, create comfortable and joyful asmosphere, and obtain good results.

Lecturers from Labour Safety Committee of HCMC Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs had experience in labour safety and in the field of safety management of construction works. They were enthusiastic and obtain certificates in teaching granted by Bureau for Work Safety. The contents of training course are divided into 2 parts: Dissemination of policy and legislation on labour safety, sharing of safe techniques upon working at site in the role of representing the investor.

By assessing learning procedures and examinations, the training courses showed that the students acquired and perceived knowledge of legal policy of Labour Safety and Labour safety organization, understood clearly equipment operation procedure, dangerous situations, risk prevention... Accordingly, participants were trained and then mastered labour safety techniques upon working or operating equipments with strict requirements; knew how to build workflow ensuring labour safety, how to handle construction incidents, first aid in labour accidents, in specific situations at their units.
