Speaking at the ceremony, Tran Quoc Thinh said: "First of all, I would like to congratulate you all for being excellent students of the young talent training course. This honor, pride and also responsibility are yours, who will be the foundation for Dat Xanh development in the coming era. One of DXG's key tasks in 2018 - 2022 is to build a team of qualified and competitive staff, who can compete well in the market and become key factors for the sustainable development of DXG. One key strategy for realizing the aim is launching the young talent training program."

It can be said that at any time and in any industry, people are always the key to shape and the bring success to a business. In the leadership roles, it is the people that lead, plan and take responsibility for putting development strategies to life. In employee's position, it is the people who are compared to involute wheels of the operating system, carrying out business goals and making profit. Together, these two positions create brand strength and determine whether a business will survive.

Being aware of this, Dat Xanh invests a lot in training, to enhance the skills of its current human resources and to shape the next leader generations. Started in 2017 by President Luong Tri Thin, who directly trained the employees by sharing the Group's strategy in the format of group activities to improve employee's mental and physical well-being, to enhance both the ability to think independently and to promote teamwork.

Sharing about the course, Ms. Dang Bich Thuy- Hanoi Branch, proudly shared: "One of the key factors for the success of every business is the human factor. I am very proud to be selected as an successor of DXG in the future. I will do my best to be a qualified and committed leader and contribute to the company's development. "

Through this program, Mr. Nguyen Huu Thai Hoa - Vice Chairman of VNPT's Strategic Advisory Council - shared with DXG's managers and potential employees on Industrial Revolution 4.0. Industrial Revolution 4.0 is the convergence of technology, global connectivity, changes in consumer behavior of the current generation of customers, and the emergence of a new generation of consumers who have completely different perspectives.

This industry requires not only a thorough workflow but also high levels of gray matter in products and services. And to meet that end, nothing can take the place of a team of enthusiastic people, with convergence of "Goodwill - Quality - Talent" factors to lead the company into the new era. He expects that the potential "seeds" of DXG will provide the highest level of leadership and adaptability to the rapid changes of the market.
