Increasing ESOP bonus shares by 3 times that of 2016

Compared to 1 million ESOP shares issued in 2016, the number of ESOP shares issued this year has been tripled, reaching 3 million shares, to bring employees more incentives and express the company’s development capacity. Thus, with the trading price of more than 20,000 VND /share as of 17th October 2017, the total value of ESOP shares this year is equivalent to 62.4 billion dongs. It is reported that this 3 million ESOP shares accounts for 1.08% of DXG's outstanding shares (285,661,303 shares, as of the end of September 2017). According to regulations, ESOP shares will continue to be applicable to management leaders, individuals who have worked for more than 5 years and some special cases (those who have outstanding achievements, employees subjected to the training mode for key staff, and personnel trained for the long-term development strategy of the Group).
