With the all-for-speed construction pace, Block B of Opal Riverside – the high class apartment project facing Sai Gon River - has officially been done and the apartment handover is expected to be from November 2017, 6 months earlier than the contractual commitment.
Opal Riversdie project officially started in April 2016, after more than a year of construction, on June 22nd 2017 Dat Xanh Group – the investor of Opal Riverside premium apartment project officially held the topping out ceremony for Block B. The topping out of the other two blocks, A1 and A2, will also be held in July and August, respectively. Currently Dat Xanh is trying to accelerate the construction completion to hand over the apartments to customers, which is expected in November 2017 - 6 months earlier than the contractual commitment to facilitate residents in enjoying Tet Holiday. Meanwhile, the interior finishing will also be aggressively accelerated in line with construction activities, to hand over the apartments as committed with customers.
