On October 17, 2014, Forbes Vietnam held an honoring ceremony for the enterprises in TOP "Top 50 best Vietnamese listed companies in 2014" ranked by Forbes Vietnam. In the group of southern real estate sector, service in proper, Dat Xanh Services and Real Estate Construction Joint Venture Company (code DXG) was honored as the best listed company in the Vietnamese stock market.

According to Forbes Vietnam, the list of 50 Vietnamese best listed companies is built on the target of supplying information about the listed enterprises with excellent business results bringing the investor high benefit, and also honors and encourages the spirit of enterprise. Accordingly, 50 companies in this list are the companies that have outstanding business results in 12 business sectors, fields in operation; have a decisive position in the market with average turnover growth rate in 2013 of 7% (preponderant compared with the level of 2% of the entire market). In particular, average pretax turnover growth reaches 23% (compared with the level of 15% of the enterprises listing on two stock exchanges). In particular, these 50 companies have the total capitalization over VND 741. 000 billion, accounting for 65% the total capitalization of the entire Vietnam stock market (data calculated to April 25th, 2014).
In terms of southern real estate services, DXG is honored as the best listed enterprise in the stock exchange.
The data used to assess are based on the audited financial report of 3 consecutive years, the nearest fiscal year ends on December 31st, 2012. In 3 years from 2010 to 2012, thanks to the right strategy, high quality product, the business activities of Dat Xanh Services and Real Estate Construction Joint Venture Company has reached very impressive growth rate.
In the background of difficult economy, a lot of enterprises contend their operation, the business results and the disbursement of dividends of Dat Xanh in 2012 shows that prestige, trademark, real estate products invested and distributed by Dat Xanh have been highly appreciated in the market and reached a sustainable growth rate.

Top 50 best Vietnamese listed companies
In terms of quantitative analysis, based on data from the audited financial reports of all companies listing on the two stock exchanges which are HOSE and HNX as of December 31st, 2013 and the stock value calculated according to the closing price on April 25th, 2014, Forbes Vietnam establishes a list of companies that have market capitalization value at least VND 300 billion, turnover in 2013 over VND 150 billion, and interest business results in the year of 2013. These companies through 2 rounds of selection based on the results according to 5 criteria: annual double growth rate on turnover, profit, average ROC, ROE, and EPS in the stage of 5 years from 2009 to 2013, especially considering the results in 2013.
In terms of qualitative analysis, the editorial council of Forbes Vietnam consults the ideas of the leading stock specialists, who are working for the largest security companies and investment funds in Vietnam to give the list of 50 best listed companies on business administration quality, long-term development prospect, and trademark.
