Following the training courses by Chairman Luong Tri Thin on orientating - fostering - developing the successors of DXG in 2017, the program was for managers of level 4 and staff of level 5 who have potential at DXG with the theme " Portait of DXG leader" took place in an active and connecting manner in two days - 30/6 & 1/7/2017 at Giang Dien Waterfall (Trang Bom district, Dong Nai province).
With a passion for training and looking for leaders to inherit the Group and enhancing the value of potential staff of levels 4 and 5, the program continues to be directly executed by Chairman Luong Tri Thin who conducted the training and shared about the strategies of the Group and the activities full of fun and youth spirit.
The training was a combination of team building activities and meetings between leaders of DXG and more than 80 managers of level 4 and potential staff of level 5 on the Group personnel matters; five year strategy (2017-2022); and the dedication of the management to build DXG to one of the 10 largest private companies in Vietnam and Top 10 best real estate developers in Southeast Asia. The aspirations, dreams, goals of the leaders had brought the motivation and direction for the managers joining the training.
In addition, the training program was an opportunity for all members to share their personal thoughts, feel the enthusiasm of the Chairman on the formation and development of the Group, understand the core values of the founder and shape up the characteristics to become the successor leaders of the Group...
The value of the program was also the message "Health is gold" of the Chairman with many physical activities. Accordingly, from 5am, all 80 members (divided into 8 teams) woke up to participate in the exercises such as walking more than 5km; joining the tug of war game to strengthen the spirit of solidarity and sense of physical training of all members. The final results, walking - first prize (5 million dongs) for team 8, second prize (3 million dongs) for team 1 and third prize (2 million dongs) for team 6; for tug of war: the first prize (5 million dongs) was awarded to team 1; second prize (3 million dongs) for team 8 and third prize (2 million dongs) for team 4.
Through the games, and activities during the training course, all managers of level 4 and potential staff of level 5 have together supported and contributed more than 28 million VND to the company's "charity fund". Sharing the same heart, Chairman Luong Tri Thin also enthusiastically contributed 10, 000,000 dongs to the fund; and looked forward to increase the number to bring more meaningful gifts to the company’s community activities in the future.
In order to create a more joyful and memorable atmosphere, Chairman Luong Tri Thin shared his poem "Portrait of the Leader" showing the aspirations with managers of level 4 and potential staff of level 5. In line with that emotion, some of the managers participating in the show also expressed their poetic talent as a gift for the Chairman.
