TOn the evening of January 16, 2019 in Ho Chi Minh City, the Vietnam Report (VNR) cooperated with Vietnamnet newspaper to hold an ceremony to announce the ranking of VNR500 "Top 500 largest enterprises in Vietnam in 2008”. In the real estate sector, Dat Xanh Group is ranked 9th in the top 10 largest private enterprises in Vietnam in 2018.

This is the 12th consecutive year when the VNR500 rankings have been announced to honor enterprises that have made great contributions to Vietnam’s economic development. At the same time, it reflects business performance and governance capacity of enterprises in 2018.

Accordingly, the enterprises honored in VNR500 rankings are based on the evaluation criteria, including: total revenue, total assets, total number of employees, and profit after tax and other indicators such as ROA, ROE, etc.
In 2018, Vietnam Report received more than 5000 records of participating enterprises. Through the professional evaluation process, the Organizing Committee announced the ranking of VNR500 - Top 500 largest enterprises in Vietnam in 2018. In the field of real estate business, Dat Xanh Group excellently ranked in the top 10 largest private enterprises in the real estate sector, accompanied by leading enterprises such as Vingroup, Novaland, etc. Dat Xanh's presence in the top 10 largest private enterprises in Vietnam in the real estate sector affirms the strong and sustainable development of Dat Xanh Group in Vietnam market in recent years.

In 2018, Dat Xanh post-tax profit was VND 1,177 billion, up by 57% compared to 2017; and net revenue reached VND 4,682 billion, up by 62% compared to 2017. In which, the main activities are: Investment - Construction - Services, which all have strong growth with distribution activities to the market of nearly 28,000 products. In addition to service activities, the investment segment is also considered as an outstanding success with the handover of 3 projects, namely Opal Riverside, LuxGarden and Luxcity Officetel, bringing in more than VND 1,500 billion in revenue, up by 40% compared to 2017.

The year 2018 marked 15 years of establishment and succession of the achievements over the past year. In 2019, Dat Xanh Group continued to promote the investment and business by introducing to the market 5 – 6 suitable apartment projects in segments B and C in District 7, Thu Duc, District 2 and District 9 in Ho Chi Minh City and a series of land and shophouse projects in provinces and cities like Quang Ninh, Phan Thiet, Vung Tau, Binh Duong, Long An, Can Tho, etc.
