On the morning of November 1st, 2014, Dat Xanh Services and Real Estate Construction Joint Venture Company (Dat Xanh Group) held Sunview Town bridge commencement ceremony connecting the park of Sunview Town project to the route No. 12P' Tam Binh Ward Thu Duc District, Ho Chi Minh City. Accordingly, the residents can move to National Road No. 13, or go into the city towards the center of Thu Duc District more conveniently.
Business Deputy Director General of Dat Xanh Group, Mr. Le Van Nhu Hai gave a speech at the Sunview Town bridge commencement ceremony.
According to the design, the bridge has the length of 24 m including 2 traffic lanes each of which is 2 m wide; 2 sidewalks each of which is 1.5 m for pedestrians. The bridge is designed according to the standard 22TCN 272 -05 with the design velocity of 30 km/h. The bridge is designed and constructed by Phu Son Construction Co., Ltd.
When the bridge goes into operation, it will create convenience for commerce, increase value, benefit for the residents of Sunview Town.
