On September 18, 2013, at White Palace Conferrence Center, - 194 Hoang Van Thu, ward 9, Phu Nhuan district, Dat Xanh Group (DXG) held a ceremoney to announce the website “123muanha.vn” -  the first and only electronic commerce for real estate on the real estate market of Vietnam. This is a new sale channel that support the brokers and investors in online transactions, and ease the customers' access to information about real estate projects nationwide.  

“123muanha.vn” is a website about real estate with advanced online transaction features with provide the most detailed and comprehensive information about real estate projects nationwide and allow customers to make online reservation, deposit, and payment.

With “123muanha.vn”, as long as there in an Internet connection, instead of having to go to real estate companies to look for information and make direct transactions, cany customer can enter to the website quickly and grasp latest information about the projects, select a favorite location at a good price, make a reservation, and receive consultancy from Dat Xanh’s employees right after making the online transaction. Especially for brokers and partners, 123muanha.vn helps create different sites to find customers and monitor their performanc with attrative commission policies.

Also at the ceremony, PhD Do Thi Loan, Deputy Chair of Real Estate Association of Ho Chi Minh City gave Dat Xanh a Certificate for creative contribution to the development of real estate industry when launching such a  convenient website for online transaction. Ms. Loan also emphasized that: “I believe this would be a new and successful orientation, which will become a trend for the real estate industry in the future. Hopefully Dat Xanh will successfully launch and develop 123muanha.vn to become a business model for other real estate companies.”

With this program, from September 18, 2013 to December 18, 2013, new collaborators of “New real estate sales experts” will be invited to participate in the program “Becoming billionares with Dat Xanh” and receiev an account worth VND 1 billion on 123muanha.vn, which is valid for 12 months from the date of particiption. When selling products from real estate projects on 123muanha.vn which are invested or brokered by Dat Xanh, each member of Dat Xanh will be given an additional amount of 5 million Vietnam dong (from the 1-billion account) for every successful transaction apart from the commission.

Any broker that signs the contract to participate in the program on 123muanha.vn will be come an online member of Dat Xanh and has an opportunity to get used to online real estate sale by managing customers, managing products, and updating the sale performance on the website. Moreover, online members of Dat Xanh are also eligible for an attractive commission and reward policies when successfully sell products.
